 Carl has been a financial professional for the past thirteen years, and earned the right to use the highly regarded Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2006. The successful completion of the CFA Program serves as a testament to his knowledge, dedication, and commitment to the investment profession.
He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Risk Management. Carl subsequently spent several years in Chicago where he gained valuable insight and experience on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. Additionally, he was actively involved in the research, analysis, and trading of numerous merger arbitrage deals over the course of several years. Moreover, Carl has served the needs of clients by providing effective risk management solutions and advice through the use of listed derivative products.
Carl is a member of the CFA Institute as well as the CFA Society of Orange County.
